The Greek roots are the words τέχνη (techni), meaning "art", "craft", or "trade" and κόσμος (kosmos), meaning "people", "world", or "universe".

That is to say, we live in a artfully crafted universe, and are artfully crafted people, full of the likeness of our creator God, who made us in His image to be artfully creating people.
